Organised by Conwy County Borough Council, the choral competition has grown over the years. The festival began as a one-day competition back in 1988, and as the festival grew it extended into two days of competitions. In 2012, the festival then evolved into a three-day celebration of music incorporating school workshops, competitions, concerts, community performances and more. You are guaranteed a weekend of musical talent and fun whether you are in the audience or a choir competing!
Choirs have the opportunity to compete for cash prizes in a variety of different categories, suitable for everyone.
If that wasn’t enough, choir members also have the opportunity to soak up the sights of Llandudno and perform at other venues around the town. You’ll be sure to receive a warm Welsh welcome!
Decibellas are delighted to be competing in Class 6, the Ladies Class on Sunday 4th November 2018. For more information, please visit the Festival website http://www.northwaleschoralfestival.com/
